Stone ground flour
From wheat, grain and cereals Azienda Agricola produces various types of flour:
Blended, soft wheat flour in three versions: wholemeal, semi-wholemeal and white;
Durum wheat re-milled semolina;
Corn flour;
Chickpea flour;
Multigrain flour with the secret Agnese recipe: with rye, spelt, barley, soft and whole wheat and sunflower seeds;
Chestnut flour.
Stone milling allows you not to alter the nature of the flour and therefore of the complex carbohydrates that it contains.

The Targa Agnese Agricultural Company produces wheat and natural flour with which it prepares the following bakery products:
